One-time consultation: $500
File Access + consultation: $750
File management* $2,500
Application for permanent residence (Federal) $5,000
Application for permanent residence (Quebec) $6,000

* - this is a situation where we take over a file that has already been submitted either by the client themself or through a consultant who has disappointed or disappeared on the client. Note that the amount we charge for this service varies in accordance with the work required/mess made by the previous consultant or client and will be assessed on a case to case basis.

At present, most clients qualify for Quebec. Interviews for Quebec are held in Moscow roughly six months after submission of the file or in Vienna within 3 months of submission of the file. Overall processing time is also much better than under the Federal system.
