Things are being rearranged at unclepasha.com.

Anything to do with cheap and budget accommodation is moving to www.cheap-moscow.com. I tried to keep it uncluttered and focused in getting you set up with an affordable place to stay in Moscow. Good offers from St. Petersburg, from along the Trans-Siberian, and from anywhere else that have come to my attention are listed there too. Proceed to www.cheap-moscow.com, it's worth your click.

Horse related stuff is going to www.russian-horse-rides.com. That's your chance to see Russia from within while helping our rural project.

Business services will probably migrate to the www.verotrak.ru site originally dedicated to our telephone answering service idea that failed to attract any significant amount of attention.

The original old www.unclepasha.com is becoming an index and a depository for hard-to-classified things.

Or just write to paul_voytinsky@yahoo.com and I'll help you find what you need.

Free homestay for and English-speaking girl or woman (shared room with our daughter) in Moscow, east end, in exchange for a couple of hours of English a day....

Hi

wpe7.jpg (12316 bytes)We invite you to stay with us from a few days to a couple of months. We live in the east end of Moscow, near the famous Kuskovo Estate (one of the city's cultural hubs). We will show you around the city and and take you to our dacha north of Moscow. True, we don't live in the fanciest of neighbourhoods of the sort you usually see on the pictures of Moscow, and you will probably not get as much personal space as you are used to. Being our guest, however, is an excellent opportunity to see and experience real Russia, from the inside, the way we live it, and not the touristy version of the country. And save a bundle too.

free_homestay_2.jpg (11221 bytes) This is our dacha just a bit north of Moscow. Our parents live there and they would welcome you in you want to to see what country living in Russia is like.

A few words about us. We are a family of four plus a dog. Arthus is a dentist and his wife Zhenya is an economist and a computer programmer. We are both 36. Our daughter Evelin is 5 and Olga is about to turn 15 in March. We like going out, exploring Moscow, and travelling. Olga likes painting and is an expert in teenager hangouts.

Arthur is an Armenian, with friends and relatives in Yerevan, and he will be happy to organize a trip for you to this beautiful, prosperous, and  very safe country in the mountains between the Caspian and the Black sea.

Here are a few Armenian photos:

Very soon we will have our immigration interview at the Canadian embassy in Moscow, where we will be required to show English proficiency. So, with Uncle Pasha's help, we came up with an idea to help each other:: we provide room and board, and you put an honest effort to speak English with us at least three hours a day. Actually, Arthus speaks pretty well already. It is Zhenya who needs practice, and you need to be a fairly aggressive teacher to get her moving.

Please write us. We promise a response no later than next day. Our e-mail is a_artour@hotmail.com

Hoping to hear from you soon,

Zhenya, Arthur and the kids

vamp1.jpg (5098 bytes)Please note that Arthur is a dentist and that the cost of many dental procedures in Russia is considerably lower than in many other countries. Further, with prevention and care not being a part of our esteemed culture, Russian dentists are experienced with difficult cases. Take your dental problems here.

Right: A photo of Uncle Pasha himself, once again in the possession of a full set of teeth. Travellers are advised to stay indoors in full moon.
