No info about the owner but I accept the fact that Russians, being essentially wild Asiatics, prefer a long chain of go-betweens and other obstacles to unhindered information flow. Mayakovskaya is a prime district, with casinos and prostitutes and hotels catering to travelling assholes with too much money all over the place. Gee, I'm pissed today.. The advantage of this offer is that you can rent just a room, which at $25 per person is very good given the area. Again, unless you want to pay my fees, don't contact me re-this apartment. My job is to bring you the information, and my reward is an occasional kickback form the owner but I am no apartment broker!!

This is a spacious 4 room apartment right in the heart of historical center of Moscow: equal walking distance to Mayakovskaya, Belorusskaya or Barrikadnaya metro stations. Normally apartment is rented as a 3 room property with the 4th room being locked, but for larger families / companies of up to 7 people the 4th room can also be given for rent. Apartment overlooks the quiet in-yard and is a very tranquil & very quiet place altogether. Apartment is fully equipped with all home accessories & utensils.

Prices for apartment:

  • 1 person - 65 Euro/night

  • 2 persons - 75 Euro/night

  • 3-4 persons - 85 Euro/night
