This offer is new (submitted end of August 2003) and thus is likely to be available. The price I've suggested to the landlord is $70/night, $60 if you are staying for a week or over, and about $1200 if you are staying for a month or more.

I'll be glad to hear from you if you want to rent from me (apartment, the famous "Dutch Loft", another room) and especially if you want to visit the city of Staritsa to ride horses in the picturesque hills over the Volga, chop wood, operate a scythe, and otherwise enjoy real Russian backcountry. - Pasha

If you've been to Moscow before you'll appreciate that the hall's condition can be described as "normal"

The living room with fancy leather furniture.

The bedroom.

Air conditioner.

Washing machine and diswasher.

Last but not least, in its own little cubicle, complete with mop and a toilet brush.
