If you rent for a week or over the rate will be $100/night ($700/week) for, single or double occupancy.

Monthly rental can be considered. Approximate price $2200.

Computer with high-speed Internet access included. This is important because hotel business centers will charge up to $20/hour, plus business centers tend to be closed at night.

Complimentary cell phone.

Long distance at cost (10 cents to $1/min.), no surcharges like in hotels.

Cleaning 2-4 times a week or on request included. 

Complimentary neighbourhood orientation tour available.

Payment by cash in $US or Euros, or by personal cheque mailed to my bank in London, Ontario for those who do not feel comfortable traveling with large amounts of cash.  SMALL DEPOSITS CAN NOW BE PAID VIA PAYPAL. ASK FOR DETAILS.

Based on your request we will make an effort to keep the apartment available for you. Reservation, however, requires a pre-payment. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of two nights' rent makes the deal "carved in stone".  Please note that the deposit is not refundable. You are welcomed to pay the full amount by cheque in advance. In case of cancellation the payment is refundable except the two nights' deposit.
