ONE OF THE NICEST THINGS ABOUT MY APARTMENT IS
A HUGE WINDOW
WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW

Windows are facing east. Sunlight in the morning will make it easy for you to rise early to do whatever brought you here.

If you prefer to spend your time
in Moscow sleeping, the curtains
are dark and heavy, especially in the bedroom.

My attempt to stick together three photos
to give an idea of what the view is like to the human eye. Note the canal.

At night on of the Stalin Skyscrapers dominates the scene. To the left of the skyscraper is the Library of Foreign Literature which runs of offers space to language courses. You may check it out if interested in making a few bucks teaching English. The going rates start at $10/hour.

Lighting strikes the high-rise where the Yauza flows into Moskva. Let me use this opportunity to remind my guests NOT to use computer equipment during lighting storms.
