	This bridge over the canal is 100 yards from you. Then you cross the big one over the Moscow river. And you are right in front of St. Basil's cathedral. GUM is immediately to your right, and Lenin is to your left.
		The nearest vegetarian restaurant is at Pyatnitskaya 43, stroyeniye 3, tel. 959-3510, 10-12 min. walk. Watch for this sign and walk 100 yards in the direction on the arrow. NO BEER, "NEW AGE" ATMOSPHERE More stuff for vegetarians here
	Metro Novokuznetskaya is 5-7 min. walk along Pyatnitskaya. Novikuznetskaya is on the "green" line that runs through the oldest and most significant parts of Moscow. Other stations on this line: ...... [mention easy access to Olesya, The Bolshoi, Moscow State U.....]
		"Tea & Coffee" shop across the Pyatnitskaya street from Metro Novokuznetskaya. A cozy but somewhat expensive cafe in the basement of this store.
