The
city of ?????, on the Oka. July 2005, on the way from the Krainka
Sanatorium, near Suvorovo, Tula region, to Moscow. The common theme that
shows up is the combination of incompatibles. See the best of them all, the
"We organize wedding parties and sharpen axes" at

A fine example of collective farm from the
village of Zhivotinki, somewhere between Suvorovo, Tula region, and Moscow.

A close-up of the face, for collective farm art connoisseurs.

The statue turned out to be quite larger
than life when I attempted to get acquainted with it closer.

One of Vovchik's numerous girlfriends is this
champion axe fighter from Ryazan. I'm trying to turn Vovchik's obsession
with cataloguing young women into something productive, like a small
database of women personally known to him (plus 2-3 of my acquaintances) who
are up for grabs.

A recently erected monument between three railroad terminals. The
Moscow to St. Petersburg link, I believe, was also completed, around
1850, under his reign. This most active and liberal ruler of Russia was
killed by a terrorist's bomb in March 1881.

Moscow's stray and community dogs are a
well-known and documented phenomenon. I'm putting this photo aside as a
possible illustration for my Free Accommodation page at

Tsiolkovsky, a school teacher from Kaluga crazy about
space travel.

Russians like feeding others. Cats, pigeons,
squirrels, hitch-hikers, someone who stumbled into your camp, etc. I may use
this for my free accommodation page at
www.cheap-moscow.com to show that you will always get fed and perhaps overfed.
