Three panoramic views onto the Volga  and Kholokholnya from the Dubrovki hill. Photographed and processed by Alexey Lapin.

The child starts by petting the animal from behind the fence, out of fear.

Same child, same animal (Moonie) in 2-3 days.

This is to illustrate our no-nonsense methods of dealing with unruly children.

Crossing the river to get out of the village of Dubrovki to the Kholokholnya side, accessible to cars.

I can comfortably ride double with a child up to 60 or so pounds (about 30kg).

Move to Moonie's page.

I've noticed that I'm starting to look like an old man.

This is the famous Lyagushka. The one said to kick to kill. Upon inspection I failed to find any propensity to dangerous activity. A perfectly submissive animal. True, when people get around her and start being noisy and obnoxious, the hooves fly. I would do the same if not for my 1.3kg brain that contains no less than 30kg of social inhibitions and fears of consequences. Lyagushka is to be used only for solo rides and only by calm riders.
