Glas Naroda was established in 1999 by several top experts, former associates of the Vox Populi Public Opinion Research Service. Vox Populi, Russia’s first independent sociological service, has been active in the public opinion research since late 80’s. The establishment of Glas Naroda on the foundation laid by Vox Populi was dictated by expansion of the scope of professional research interests into the area of business and marketing.
