An ugly note:
Whether or not the contact details are available, I encourage you to contact my clients only if the nature of your interest in my services is serious and non-trivial. Please don't bother important people if you need an airport pickup and a place to stay for one night. Had a few cases recently when budget clients contacted everyone they could get a hold on about me. Collect all the info on me you like - just don't bother others unless the situation warrants.Thank you for your understanding.

I first met Paul in 1994 when I was looking for a place to live. Paul helped me find an apartment near the Kremlin at a very reasonable price. I quickly realized that knowing Paul would be very useful and maintained
contact. In 1996 I returned to Russia to finish research on my thesis. Paul proved indispensable in helping to gather and translate some needed information, as well as helping with accommodations. I literally could not have found some much needed information without Paul's assistance. As a corporate attorney now practicing in New York, I maintain contact with Paul because I like him and because if I ever need anything in Russia there is no one I trust more to get the job done more efficiently than Paul. Pavel (Pasha) Voytinsky asked me to write to you regarding my experience with him while I was in Russia last year. Pasha did quite a bit of business consulting for me while I was in Russia. I can recommend him without any reservations. He is an honest man and that shows in the way he does business. Having lived in Canada for a number of years, Pasha understands both American and Russian culture and is very helpful in bridging the culture gap with explanations of why certain approaches in Russian will or will not work. I found him very useful in handling administrative tasks involving government offices and, in my case, information gathering. He really knows his way around Moscow like a native. I’ve told Paul he should have been a CIA field agent. I was in Russia from June of last year and returned to the US in April of this year. Dear xxxxx,I recently completed my adoption of 2 Russian boys (8 & 9) through xxx. In a long and emotional process, Pasha Voytinsky and his wife Olesya were like found treasure for me. Finding them on the internet, I felt that their services sounded reasonable and helpful, and I wanted to take advantage of the necessary trip to learn about the city of Moscow and Russian culture.
