A mystical digression

For some, Russia is a crime-infested place with stomach-churning food and no relief facilities, full of rude people and corrupt officials. For others it is quite the opposite. Both perceptions are true to reality. Or reality shapes itself according to perceptions and expectations. Russia, perhaps more than any other place, lacks in objective observer-independent nature. In other words, it is what you think it to be. An amorphous and contradictory and entity in itself, it takes form under the pressure of your mind. Whatever order you impose on the Russian chaos is your business, your victory, your failure and a reflection of your essence.
